75th Anniversary of the Liberation of Antwerp - 6 to 8 September 2019

On September 3rd, 1944 General Montgomery ordered General Dempsey, head of the British 2nd Army, to occupy Antwerp. The 11th Armoured Division did just this on September 4th.
In September 2019 Antwerp will commemorate the 75th anniversary of the liberation and the ADLS have been invited to join that event.

Planning for this event is at an early stage. Skippers interested in taking their Little Ship to Antwerp for this event should register their interest with the Hon Events Secretary events@adls.org.uk.
