ADLS Photo competition terms and conditions.
Thank you for your interest in our first ever photo competition. We are hoping for some great images that will capture the Spirit of the Dunkirk Little Ships, their crews and the events they attend throughout the 2026 season.
If you are an amateur, professional or just a mobile phone snapper, we would love to see your images and hopefully if selected, to include them next years calendar.
By entering the ADLS photograph competition you are confirming the follow:

It is your original work

It does not infringe the copyright or any other rights of any third party

You are granting the ADLS royalty free licence to use your image(s) and publicly display your image on our calendar, website and social media feeds.

All photographs must be submitted in landscape format and high resolution, either via the upload link or by email to press@adls.org.uk with “Photo Comp” as the title.
Images must be in Jpeg format. ]
Submitted images must not be watermarked, captioned or bordered in any way.
No entries will be accepted after the closing date.
The judge’s decision is final.
Winners will be contacted via the same email that the photo was submitted with.
The winning 13 photos will be used for the Official 2027 ADLS calendar, with one photo per month and a cover photo.
The photographer will be credited with their photo.
Each winner will receive a complimentary copy of the Official 2027 ADLS Calendar.
All information and personal data submitted will be kept in accordance with GDPR and will be deleted once the winners have been announced and the calendars issued.
